The entire 9 day tour was a wonderful experience. Traveling alone, it was agreed that I would have a driver but no guide however Himanshu met me at the airport and spent 5 days with me before returning to Jaipur. He did everything possible to make me feel special. The driver, Nunu was a very careful and considerate driver who added to the feeling of well-being. My friend and I had an amazing time touring for 8 days in Kerala with BoutIndia’s Managing Director, Himanshu. He is a wonderful photographer and took most of the photos so that I could enjoy the sites, scenery and non-stop action. The trip was a good mix of fun activities and exploration with down time to sit on balconies and admire the green hills and waterways. We just had the most amazing trip to India thanks to Bout India. We had been to India several times before and usually book our trips on our own, but for this trip using a destination expert was the way to go. Fantastic experience. Self-directed tour. Everything was well coordinated. Attention to detail was great - from flower bouquets in every new city to birthday cakes and balloons! When things weren't perfect - it's India after all - Bout stepped in quickly to fix it. We had a problem with one of the guides in Delhi and the next day we had a new one. When a hotel wasn't up to standard, the director of the company personally fixed it for us. Would surely recommend.

We were greeted at Delhi airport with flowers which was a very nice gesture. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights tour, touring Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. Shankar was our driver and he was extremely efficient, always arriving on time. He was friendly and very courteous, opening car doors for us. He also explained some of the sights to us when we were driving longer distances. It was nice to have water and snacks in the car. The SUV was extremely comfortable. The hotels were an A+. From start to finish our 23 day trip with Bout India was the most amazing experience. We planned this trip over several month with Sonal and she helped us to put a trip of a lifetime together. We did 17 days in Southern India from Chennai to Kochi. The tour was amazing! Because we had our own car and driver, we were able to see so many things and had the freedom to stop for pictures, interact with local people and sample so many wonderful foods. Our driver, Raju was wonderful and his oft repeated phrase was “no problem sir (Ma’m)! He was a very safe driver through some perilous roads and was always there when we needed him.
