How many days should we plan for?

Most corporate programmes run four to seven days: two to three for the conference or meeting itself, then two to three for the incentive or leisure element. Three days is workable for a single-city meeting; under that and delegates spend more time in transit than in the room. We will tell you honestly if your dates are too tight for the itinerary you want.

What does a typical MICE programme in India cost per person?

Costs vary widely by event type, destinations, venues and group size, so a per-head figure without a brief would be guesswork. Send us the outline and you get a fully itemised proposal: venues, transport, activities and taxes broken out line by line, with no hidden costs and nothing added later.

How good is flight connectivity from our hub?

Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru get non-stop flights from North America, Europe, the Gulf, Southeast Asia and Australia, on both full-service and regional carriers. From there it is a short connecting flight to almost any destination on this page. We plan arrivals so a group landing across different flights still clears the airport together.

Can you run events year round?

Yes. Every month suits a different part of the country, so there is always somewhere at its best, whatever your dates. We work the other way round from most operators: tell us when your people are free, and we match the destination to the dates rather than asking you to move them.

What visas do my delegates need, and can you handle the process?

Most nationalities can obtain an online visa for India within 3 to 5 business days. We provide complete visa guidance and support for all delegates, including invitation letters for conference visas if required.

What usually could go wrong at a MICE event in India, and how do you prevent it?

Four things, in our experience: delegates arriving on scattered flights, Audio Video (AV) that was never tested in the actual room, dietary requirements discovered on the day, and numbers changing at the last minute. We handle all four in advance with staggered airport teams, a full technical rehearsal, menus signed off before travel, and contracts that allow you to move final numbers close to the date.
