We traveled to India this past December from the USA and had an absolutely incredible experience thanks to Bout India. From the very beginning, the entire process was seamless and thoughtfully handled.

We traveled to Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, and Udaipur, and everything ran smoothly throughout the journey. The hotels were excellent, and having a private car with a dedicated chauffeur made the experience even more enjoyable.

His depth of knowledge about Jaipur’s history, architecture, and royal heritage was remarkable, but what really set him apart was his passion and storytelling. He didn’t just explain monuments — he brought them to life. Every palace, fort, and street had a story, and he shared them with such pride and enthusiasm that it made our experience unforgettable. He was patient, attentive to our interests, answered every question in detail, and made sure we never felt rushed. Because of him, Jaipur became one of the absolute highlights of our trip. We genuinely felt like we were exploring the city with a friend who deeply loves and understands it.
• Mitesh in Udaipur was equally wonderful — insightful, friendly, and made our time in the city memorable.

A huge thank you to Laxmi, our point of contact at Bout India. She was always just a message away, constantly checking in to make sure we were having a great vacation. When we were not fully satisfied with one of our hotels, she immediately arranged a last-minute change without any hassle. That level of responsiveness and care speaks volumes about the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
