The arrangements by Bout India can be described in one word: Excellent. The planning stage was efficient and together we worked out an itinerary that looked amazing. Bout India proposed and booked the accommodations focusing to give us a most variable experience - home stay, guest house, 5*hotels, cottages and glamping. At every location the accommodation met the highest standard available. Bout India also booked the driver and guide for Kashmir and anoter driver and guide for Ladakh. Also they were of the highest standard possible. Considering the dangers of Indian traffic, the driver is the most important choice for a trip.
All along the trip Bout India's contact person was in daily contact with us, always available to answer possible questions and concerns, although we did not have any! We had not heard about Bout India before our trip, I found them on the internet, and from the first e-mail correspondence I was confidence that I had found a pearl among tour operators. I had asked for an offer also from another operator which I knew from before. The itinerary was identical with the one we worked out with Bout India but the price of the other operator was exorbitant. As Bout India has a network of direct contacts with hotels, drivers and guides, their prices do not include middlemen fees. Further, as Bout India is run by rather your persons it is easy to deal with them in a very relaxed way. I do not think you can find a better operator so just go for Bout India!
