It is a meeting ground of both tradition and modernity as it has got the perfect blend of rich historical past and stylish present at the same time
Bout India services start from Delhi.
Welcome to the beautiful chaos of Delhi! Arrive by flight, and jump in right into the hustle and bustle of the capital of India and its second most populous city. Considered one of the oldest existing cities in the world, Delhi’s importance lies not just in its past glory as the seat of empires and magnificent monuments, but also in the rich and diverse cultures.
A private car with driver will receive you at the Delhi airport and transfer you to the hotel for check-in. After refreshing head out for Delhi sightseeing. Start with a drive past Rashtrapati Bhavan (the residence of the President of India), and visit India Gate (a memorial to 82,000 soldiers of the Indian Army who died in the period 1914–21 in the First World War).
Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Delhi.
Meals: None
Enjoy breakfast to start your day of sightseeing in Delhi. A mixture of history with a taste of everyday Delhi, today’s itinerary covers all aspects of this former capital of the Mughal Empire. Stop off at the UNESCO World Heritage site, Humayun’s Tomb. Built in 1570, it is of particular cultural significance as it was the first garden-tomb on the Indian subcontinent.
Then visit the magnificent Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan between 1644 and 1656. After that visit the bustling Chandni Chowk – one of the oldest and busiest markets in Old Delhi. Enjoy a rickshaw ride at Chandni Chowk.
Have lunch at a nice restaurant. Later visit the towering Qutub Minar (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), a 73-metre (239.5 feet) tall tapering tower of five storeys. Qutub-ud-Din Aibak, the founder of the Delhi Sultanate, started construction of the Qutub Minar's first storey around 1192.
Afterwards visit Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, one of the most prominent Sikh temples, or Sikh house of worship in Delhi and known for its association with the eighth Sikh Guru, Guru Har Krishan. There is also a sacred pool inside its complex, known as the "Sarovar."
Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Delhi.
Meals: Breakfast & Lunch
In the morning, board your flight from Delhi to Leh.
Welcome to Leh! Few places in India are so traveler-friendly yet enchanting and hassle-free as mountain-framed Leh. Dotted with stupas and crumbling mudbrick houses, the old town is dominated by a dagger of steep rocky ridge topped by an imposing Tibetan-style palace and fort.
The private car will pick you up from Leh Airport and transfer you to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel. The entire day will be at your leisure. Leh town is situated at an altitude of more than 3000 meters above sea level. Relax and acclimate to the high altitude of Leh.
Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Leh.
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
After breakfast, head out for local sightseeing. Visit Leh Palace built in the 17th century and the rooftop of the palace provides spectacular views of the mountain of Stok Kangri and the Ladakh mountain range. Then visit Shey Palace & Monastery, built in 1665 by the King of Ladakh (Deldon Namgyal) as his summer retreat house. The Gompa is known for its colossal copper-gold gilded statue of a seated Shakyamuni Buddha. This statue is reckoned to be the second-largest Buddha statue in Ladakh.
Afterwards, visit Thiksey Monastery, one of the finest examples of Ladakhi architecture. This Monastery is located on the top of the hill in solitude, which lies 20 kilometers away from Leh. It is very famous for its similarity with the Potala Palace of Lhasa. This monastery is famous for pilgrim activities, architectural elements, sightseeing, and exploration.
Reach back at the hotel by evening. Dinner & overnight stay will be at the hotel in Leh.
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
After breakfast, head out for local sightseeing in Leh. Start with a visit to the Hall of Fame, a museum constructed by the Indian Army in memory of the brave Indian soldiers who laid down their lives defending the motherland in the Indo-Pak wars. It stands as a reminder of the great sacrifices made by our soldiers to ensure the safety and security of our country.
Then, visit Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, a beautiful Sikh Temple built in 1517 to commemorate the visit to the Ladakh region of Guru Nanak Dev, the founder Guru of the Sikh faith. Then stop at Magnetic Hill, a "Cyclops hill" or Gravity hill near Leh. The layout of the area and surrounding slopes create an amazing optic illusion. The hill road is a downhill road. Objects and cars on the hill road may appear to roll uphill in defiance of gravity when rolling downhill.
After that, visit Sangam (the confluence of the Zanskar & Indus rivers), a picturesque site. You could try adventurous rafting on the river. Afterwards, visit Alchi Monastery, built between 958 and 1055 CE. The artistic and spiritual details of both Buddhism and the Hindu kings of that time in Kashmir are reflected in the wall paintings in the monastery complex. The complex also has giant statues of the Buddha and lavish wood carvings and artwork — almost baroque in style.
Return to Leh by evening and visit Shanti Stupa, a Buddhist white-domed stupa on a hilltop in Chanspa. It was built in 1991 by Japanese Buddhist Bhikshu Gyomyo Nakamura and was part of the Peace Pagoda mission.
Dinner & overnight stay will be at the hotel in Leh.
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner

Along the way before and after Khardungla Pass, you will pass by 2 Indian Army check-posts, namely – South Pullu & North Pullu, which are very picturesque sites and flaunt the beauty of nature. On the route, you will pass by some beautiful villages, where you can catch glimpses of locals working on their farms.
Reach Nubra Valley by early evening. This valley is a virgin destination for people who seek peace and interaction with the tribal community of Ladakh. The Sasser Pass and the famous Karakoram Pass of the Silk Route fame lie northwest of the valley and connect Nubra with Xinjiang (China).
Check-in at the hotel on arrival. Dinner & overnight stay will be at the hotel in Nubra Valley.
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner

After that, visit the Hunder dunes. Beyond Ladakh's cultural and monastic side, there are picturesque silver dunes of Hunder in the Nubra Valley. Located at 4,000 meters, Hunder Sand Dunes are beautiful beyond imagination. A serene meandering stream and the beautiful countryside cut across the desert. With such awe-inspiring landscapes against the backdrop of the snow-clad mountains, the Hunder Sand Dune looks nothing less than a dreamland. Try a ride over the rare Bactrian Camel (double-humped camel), which should not be missed.
Then, visit Panamic Hot Springs. The hot spring water contains high amounts of sulfur and is believed to possess many medicinal properties.
Reach back at the hotel by evening. Dinner & overnight stay will be at the hotel in Nubra Valley.

I found Bout India through a Google search after a travel agency that I had worked with in the past never responded to my inquiries about planning a private trip to India for my family of 4. From the start, Nitesh at Bout India was responsive and timely to my inquiry, worked with me to tailor an itinerary to visit Delhi/Agra and Ladakh to my family's liking. We initially worked off of the Heavenly Himalayas itinerary but as we wanted to trek for a few days, Nitesh included a few days of the Sham Valley Trek and eliminated some other elements from the itinerary. He was able to get the trip within budget with a good mix of 5 star hot.... Read More
The entire 9 day tour was a wonderful experience. Traveling alone, it was agreed that I would have a driver but no guide however Himanshu met me at the airport and spent 5 days with me before returning to Jaipur. He did everything possible to make me feel special. The driver, Nunu was a very careful and considerate driver who added to the feeling of well-being. Accommodation and meals were excellent throughout. I would recommend Bout India to anyone traveling to India.
This review is long overdue. Vinny and Himanchu listened keenly to understand what we were looking for and then worked tirelessly to create an itinerary that was perfect for my family and I. Indeed we remember it as one of the best vacations we've taken. Our visit from Delhi to Leh to Nubra Valley to Agra to Jaipur and back to Delhi was carefully orchestrated with all the comforts and amenities that allowed for a 1st class travel excursion. We had local guides knowledgeable with the local attractions along the way and Himachu accompanied us on all the domestic travel - both flights and train. It was a delig.... Read More
We visited Kashmir & Ladakh from 5-16 June 2024 and had a magical time! This would not have been possible without the team at Bout India working tirelessly to curate the perfect itinerary for me and my 2 travel partners. I chanced upon Bout India through an online search requesting for details. What I did not expect was a superquick response with a detailed itinerary from Mr Himanshu. He checked in constantly to see if we had any queries. Every question we had was answered with clarity and transparency - nothing was missed out. The speed of response from Mr Himanshu never faltered throughout our correspondence. He took the time to unde.... Read More
We were greeted at Delhi airport with flowers which was a very nice gesture. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights tour, touring Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. Shankar was our driver and he was extremely efficient, always arriving on time. He was friendly and very courteous, opening car doors for us. He also explained some of the sights to us when we were driving longer distances. It was nice to have water and snacks in the car. The SUV was extremely comfortable. The hotels were an A+. The room we had at Alsisar Haveli was spectacular with its 4-poster bed. The buffet breakfasts at each hotel were delicious and offered a variety of foods. The tour.... Read More
I was at Ladakh from 11 to 21 Jul and it was one of the most fulfilling and beautiful experiences I ever had. The people and ever changing landscapes were so amazing, I did not sleep during any of my car rides! I travelled to Leh, Kargil, Nubra, Panggong and some bits of Sham Valley Trek. Laised with Bout India's Himanshu on my customized itinerary, as I wanted both sightseeing and trekking. Himanshu was so quick in all his responses to my questions and was very assuring. As a solo traveller, the way he handled the whole itinerary planning was superb, with confidence and professionalism, yet with care and concern. I did not think twice to.... Read More
We have passed ten days across India from Delhi to Udaipur through Agra, Jaipur Jaisalmer. We have organized the tour with Bout India, a very professional and tailored made tour operator. They chosed for us wonderful hotels and put at our disposal a personal driver who bring us through India. A special mention to the driver our "Captain Sonu" always ready for us, smailing, professional and very safer drive ( this in India is important). Every day the car was clean, good smell and furnished with cold water biscuit and chips. Very pleasant experience. Thanks Bout India. Thanks "Captain Sonu"
We enjoyed all the places we visited in India. What we really liked were the people we met along the way. Our guides and drivers were amazing. They were kind, thoughtful and full of knowledge about the places we visited. We felt safe and cared for during the entire experience.
Our experience with Bout India was fantastic on all levels: superb organisation, excellent communication, wonderful hotels and accommodation, very professional guides, and a wonderful driver. We are very grateful and hope to travel again with Bout India in the future.
This is my 2nd trip to India with Bout India within 12 months, which should prove that they are the most trustworthy and efficient travel agent if you ever want to explore the amazing country, India. What I love about Bout India is not only their professionalism but also their hospitality spirit and warm welcome to the country. ALL staff members are friendly and easy to communicate from the planning and the departure to your home country. They accommodated my 13 year old daughter and she is already talking about her next visit to India near future. Be open and experience something extraordinary!
Such a great experience, magical atmosphere, wonderful landscapes. Friendly and welcoming people. The guides we had were amazing, very skilled and prepared. The driver made us feel safe and relaxed. The hotels were above our expectations.
Bout India tours organised our 5 star personalised 12 nights 13 days India tour to Golden triangle, Ranthambore, Pushkar, Jodhpur and Mumbai. We had exceptional support from the team, drivers and guides who went above and beyond for my daughter and I. We felt supported and safe each step of the way and would highly recommend Bout India for a private and personalised tour of India. Thankyou to the whole team for doing such a great job for us to enjoy exploring India!
Bout India was amazing in helping us to plan a very last minute trip to the amazing Spiti valley! Initially Nitesh and Kunal were able to put together a super itinerary based on our preference, and made their recommendations accordingly. They were able to put us at ease as we had not worked with Bout before, especially given that we had to make the entire payment upfront because of the timeframe. They were able to put us in touch with the local agent in Manali. Geet took over the communication before we reached Manali, and was checking with us constantly throughout the trip. She was able to incorporate places that were not initially planned in the tri.... Read More
