Discover Royal Rajasthan: A Perfect Tour with Bout India

We (two couples) recently returned from an unforgettable tour of Rajasthan, and can confidently say that it was one of the best travel experiences of my life! From start to finish, everything was meticulously planned and executed by our tour operator (Bout-India), making the journey seamless and enjoyable.

Tour Operator:
Our tour operator, Geetanshi, was exceptional. She tailored the itinerary to our interests and ensured that we visited all the iconic sites, as well as some hidden gems. Her attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the trip, from the accommodation selection to the places to visit. Communication throughout the tour was prompt and clear, which made the planning process smooth and stress-free. In fact Geetanshi was available at any time of the day or night and a really lovely touch was how she invited the group to a restaurant for dinner prior to the tour commencing. Cannot speak more highly of Geetanshi.

Transportation:
A special mention to our brilliant driver Udairaj and his co-driver Manish! They navigated the bustling streets and winding roads of Rajasthan with skill and professionalism. Not only were they punctual and courteous, but they also made us feel safe throughout the journey. Their knowledge of the local area added another layer of depth to our experience, providing us with insights and anecdotes that we wouldn't have learned otherwise. Udairaj made very timely detours to show additional attractions enroute and made timely comfort breaks as well as taking us to excellent roadside spots for chai and snacks

Guides:
The guides we had at each destination were incredibly informative and passionate about their work and city. They brought the history and culture of Rajasthan to life, sharing captivating stories about the forts, palaces, and traditions. Their enthusiasm made each site visit engaging and memorable. Whether we were exploring the City Palace in Jaipur, the serene lake Pichola of Udaipur, or the majestic living fort of Jaisalmer their expertise enhanced our understanding and appreciation of Rajasthan's rich heritage.

Highlights of the Tour:

Jaipur: The Pink City dazzled us with its stunning architecture, particularly the Hawa Mahal, Amer and City Palace. Our guide made the history come alive, making us feel connected to the stories of the past. He also took us to amazing street vendors for Kulfi and kachori.
Udaipur: The romantic ambiance of Udaipur, with its beautiful lakes and palaces and temples, left us in awe. 

Jaisalmer: The golden sands of the Thar Desert were breathtaking. Our overnight desert camp experience was magical, complete with traditional music and dance under the many, many stars.
Jodhpur: The imposing Mehrangarh Fort offered stunning views and an intriguing glimpse into the life of the Rajputs. Our guide's tales of valor and tradition added depth to our visit.

Bundi: A true hidden gem with stunning architecture, rich history, truly warm hospitality and natural beauty of the hills and lake

Stepwells: Seeing and hearing about the history of the many stepwells we visited gave us a great understanding of the culture, architecture, history and the sense of community spirit that these stepwells offer. A true insight into a regions heritage and ingenious way to manage water.

Conclusion:
Overall, this Rajasthan tour exceeded all our expectations. The combination of excellent services, knowledgeable guides, and a fantastic itinerary made it a memorable journey. I highly recommend this tour and Bout India to anyone looking to explore the vibrant culture and history of Rajasthan. Thank you to everyone involved for making this trip so special!
