The Indus River Camp is a 42 acre natural sanctuary on the banks of the Indus river, a 25 minute drive from Leh city and airport, yet the only buildings in sight are the monasteries that perch on the surrounding Himalayan range.

They offer affordable glamping: they have 8 Luxury Tents and Cottages with double beds and bathrooms, hot water showers, wi-fi, a library and games room, a telescope, a dining hall served by a Leith's educated chef and the most beautiful land in Leh. 

Acclimatise on the banks of the Indus, away from the bustle of Leh city; take a dip in the river, read from our diverse library, or explore the ancient local monasteries and villages for an insight into Ladakhi culture. Later, watch the milky way by a warm fire and wake to the dawn chorus from some of 200 local species of birds.
