This region is not only steeped in Rajput history but is also globally renowned as the gateway to the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve – one of India’s premier wildlife destinations.
After early morning tea and snacks, head out for a jungle safari tour at 6:00 am. Ranthambore National Park is one of the finest tiger reserves in India. It is in every sense a perfect place for wildlife photography. Ranthambore Tiger Reserve was once the private hunting grounds of the Maharajas of Jaipur. Spread over 1,300 sq. km, this stunning park is framed by the Aravalli and Vindhya hill ranges, and dotted with ancient ruins, tranquil lakes, and thick forests.
Experience a thrilling jungle safari and spot animals in the wild. Later, go for a village safari tour for an authentic experience and witness the locales of Sawai Madhopur.

Welcome to Jaipur – The Royal Pink City of Rajasthan
Today, the Deccan Odyssey arrives in Jaipur, the vibrant capital of Rajasthan, fondly known as the Pink City. Painted in hues of terracotta pink as a symbol of hospitality for the visit of Prince Albert in 1876, the city is a fine blend of royal heritage, architectural brilliance, and rich cultural traditions.
Founded in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, Jaipur was the first planned city of India, with wide boulevards, geometric city planning, and a deep sense of order influenced by ancient Hindu architecture.
Visit the grand Amer Fort (or Amber Fort) (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). It is the principal tourist attraction in Jaipur, and the current structure was built during the late 16th century by Rajput Kings. Afterwards, visit the City Palace. A complex of courtyards, gardens, and buildings, the impressive City Palace is right in the centre of the Old City. Then visit Jantar Mantar (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), which is a collection of nineteen architectural astronomical instruments, built by the Rajput king Sawai Jai Singh, and completed in 1738 CE.
Visit the historic heritage sites of Jaipur - Hawa Mahal ("Palace of Winds" - a high screen wall built so the women of the royal household could observe street festivals while unseen from the outside)
In the evening, enjoy a guided walk tour of the famous Pink City markets. Jaipur is also known as the shopper’s paradise. Jaipur's colourful markets offer a great break to stop and shop on your tour. Welcome to Agra – The Timeless City of Love

Your sightseeing tour begins with a visit to the Taj Mahal, a monument that needs no introduction. Built by Emperor Shah Jahan in the 17th century in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, this white-marble mausoleum is considered one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Your day begins with a visit to the imposing Gwalior Fort, perched atop a sandstone hill that dominates the skyline of the city. Disembark for a guided visit to the Western Group of Temples, the most well-preserved and artistically significant section of Khajuraho’s temple complex. My brother and I both went on a 14 day tour which consisted of Delhi, Agra, Ranthambhore, Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur. It was absolutely amazing. All the tours were so engaging and really built around our interests. We saw a wide variety of historical places and learned so much about India’s rich history. Our driver Mr Singh was the best and besides making the driving look so easy also made us so comfortable. I would recommend this company to anyone touring India.
We have passed ten days across India from Delhi to Udaipur through Agra, Jaipur Jaisalmer. We have organized the tour with Bout India, a very professional and tailored made tour operator. They chosed for us wonderful hotels and put at our disposal a personal driver who bring us through India. We are just home from a fantastic tour of the Golden Triangle, organised for us by Boutindia, where we saw some awe inspiring sights. We can’t rate this company highly enough. Bout India was amazing in helping us to plan a very last minute trip to the amazing Spiti valley! Initially Nitesh and Kunal were able to put together a super itinerary based on our preference, and made their recommendations accordingly.
