Enjoy a hearty breakfast on board as the train halts at Jodhpur Railway Station, and get ready for an immersive journey into Rajasthan’s regal past.

Begin your day with a visit to the imposing Mehrangarh Fort, one of the largest and most magnificent forts in India, perched 400 feet above the city. As you pass through the heavy stone gates, be prepared to step into a world of royal grandeur. Explore the fort’s vast courtyards, intricately decorated palaces, and well-preserved galleries.

A short walk from Mehrangarh Fort takes you to the tranquil Jaswant Thada, a 19th-century royal cenotaph built in white marble. Often referred to as the “Taj Mahal of Marwar,” this beautiful monument is dedicated to Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. The delicate carvings, intricate latticework, and peaceful gardens make this a serene stop.

Next, head to the Umaid Bhawan Palace, one of the world’s largest private residences, part of which is now a luxury hotel, and another part houses a museum open to the public.
