Everything in the universe – dead or alive – is connected. If your mind, body, and spirit are in harmony with the universe, you have good health. When something disrupts this balance, you get sick. Ayurvedic medicine (“Ayurveda” for short) is one of the world's oldest holistic (“whole-body”) healing systems. It was developed more than 3,000 years ago in India. It’s based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Ayurveda's goal is to achieve health not by fighting diseases, but by working towards balance and harmony.
This trip is one such rejuvenating experience, where you will get to revive your body and soul through the carefully selected Ayurvedic therapies from highly competent professionals. The location of the resort where you will have this therapy will just make your experience even more delightful. It will a tranquil and peaceful place on the shores of a backwaters lake.
The trip culminates with a perfect leisure break at the pristine Marari Beach. It is a perfect way to end this rejuvenation trip.

Nowhere else in India could you find such an intriguing mix of giant fishing nets from China, a 400-year-old synagogue, ancient mosques, Portuguese houses, and the crumbling remains of the British Raj. The result is an unusual blend of medieval Netherlands, Portugal, and an English village grafted onto the tropical Malabar Coast.
